Confusion

“Everything has its beauty, but not everyone sees it.
It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.
Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.” – Conficius

Exhibit A

Falling in between left and right.
Wondering on the center of this and that.
Choosing in the middle of present and out of sight.
Questioning, “Why oh why?” or “Why not?”

Don’t know what to do,
to speak or to remain silent?
Pondering on how to respond,
to ignore or to feel the moment?
Speculating what to pick,
is it red or white?
Doubting what to follow,
is it the brain or the heart?

When in the verge of confusion,
and clarity is hazy,
Decide on the permanent rather than temporary.
Choose the eternal rather than the temporal.
Happiness may not be today,
but it will definitely come
for real.
